some things don’t need paragraphs.
just a few words.
a memory.
a silence that didn’t go away.
here’s a small excerpt — a plain page, but a loud feeling.
you were here.
you were there.
loud laughs,
eyes on us —
probably judging.
we didn’t care.
now i’m at the ice cream shop alone.
there are loud laughs again,
but from another table.
now i’m the one judging.
i don’t order two cones anymore.
maybe that’s the truth of it —
you were here.
you were there.
you were everywhere.
and now,
you’re nowhere.
some stories don’t need big words. just a page, and the space you left.
so find your own ice cream cone.
laugh out loud.
live even louder.
not everything that leaves takes the joy with it.
We can't evade that what makes life is change. Within us and beyond us.
Accept or reject it. Change is there.
I’ve lost a best friend and honestly struggled in the beginning, but time is the best healer and now, I’m glad the friendship. I’m still here and I’m happy. Not all friendships are forever!
